During Ramadan 2024, MESSO partnered with MEF to raise money to provide food supplies for the underprivileged families in Laghman and Mazar-eh-Sharif. MESSO raised over $6,000 providing 165 families with food packages for the full month. Each package of food included:

• 2 lbs (1kg) of tea
• 5 liters of cooking oil and 15 lbs of sugar 
• 110 lbs of flour 
• 51 lbs of rice
