We provide decades of M&A experience and highly sophisticated advice to entrepreneurs, families, private equity firms and other private business owners.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment where your contribution is important and valued from the start. We are focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talented candidates and enabling them to grow individually and advance within our firm on a personalized timeline. Successful candidates have strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities, want to develop their professional and personal skills, and are motivated by the prospect of building a leading M&A advisory firm together.

  • Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations
  • Conducting industry and company-specific research and due diligence
  • Identifying potential strategic and financial (e.g., private equity) buyers for our clients
  • Supporting the due diligence process of buyers, including managing online data rooms
  • Interacting with clients regularly, including attending client meetings
  • Assisting in the development of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationships
  • Participating in the overall growth and culture of the firm

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, graduating Spring 2026 (finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 (preferred)
  • Relevant internship experience (M&A, transaction advisory, finance, or related field preferred)
  • Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles, financial modeling, and valuation techniques
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment
  • Candidates must be able to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects at once and learn quickly
