CAD Designer Draftsman
Full Time, Onsite
Location: Falcon Heights, MN
Salary: $75,000.00
About the role:
We're looking for a skilled CAD Designer Draftsman to join our team full-time. As a key member, you'll work closely with our sales team to develop comprehensive client presentations and
proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop design concepts, drawings, and solutions
- Present proposals and design concepts to clients and sales teams
- Manage orders, track tariffs, and ensure accurate pricing
- Design presentations for spec site visits, reviewing designs and finishes with clients
- Create detailed layouts, plans, and installation drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop engaging lookbooks and proposals tailored to client needs and budgets
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Revit or CET (bonus)
- Experience with Cap 2025 for product sourcing, design development, and proposal generation
- Familiarity with HUBSPOT
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Revit or CET
- Strong skills in Cap 2025 and familiarity with DDMS (ERP) for project management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of commercial furniture products and design trends (desirable)

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in the Bloomington/Minneapolis, MN area. Remote work is not an option for this role.
