Job Title: Clinical Manager
Reports To: Administrator
Location: Assisted Living Facility, Titusville, Florida
FLSA Status: Exempt


Job Summary:
The Clinical Manager provides leadership, direction and supervision to all
CNAs and Med Techs. This role trains new team members and completes
performance reviews, as needed. The manager collaborates with healthcare
teams, supervises medication staff, and promotes a culture of safety and
wellness for residents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance & Record Keeping:
    • Ensure compliance with Assisted Living Facility/ACHA regulations
    • Work with Physicians/ARNP to ensure all orders are followed timely and correctly
    • Read and interpret physician orders
  • Resident Care:
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to address residents needs
    • Educate residents and families about any orders received
    • Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise and train CNAs and Med Techs, as needed
    • Conduct Performance Reviews, as needed
  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage medical inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications
    • Implement protocols to minimize waste and manage costs effectively
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations governingassisted living facilities and pharmaceuticals
    • Participate in inspections, audits, and corrective action plans as neede

Qualifications :

  • RN or LPN
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in assisted living, nursing or healthcare management role
  • Knowledge of Floridas regulations for assisted living facilities and medication management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in medication management software and electronic health records (EHR)


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in geriatric care or assisted living settings
  • Familiarity with insurance and billing processes related to pharmaceuticals
