  • Coordinate with outside counsel on specialized legal matters as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal legal policies, training, and processes

How You Will Succeed:

  • Solid experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and general business law.
  • Strong business acumen with a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal issues.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Business acumen and understanding of financial implications of legal decisions
  • Ethical and professional conduct.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
  • 4–7 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 2 years in a corporate/in-house environment preferred.

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Teton Ridge we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
