The hiring range for this role is: 58,600.00 - 105,300.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This role is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay. This role supports email marketing campaigns, customer journey mapping, list management, Salesforce support, and documentation. It involves website support, data analysis, and collaboration with vendors for design and implementation. The position requires technical oversight, troubleshooting, and continuous skills development. Primary Job Functions Email Marketing : Develop and execute email campaigns, manage lists, support Salesforce Marketing Cloud users, and improve campaign efficiency through reporting and system management. Website : Maintain and update business data, support design and implementation with vendors, ensure site health and security, and troubleshoot technical issues. Data Analytics : Use data to guide decisions, analyze campaign and platform performance, and assist with data extraction and cleaning. Education, Experience, and Certification Education : Preferred Bachelor's Degree Experience : Required 3 years in CRM, email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp), and website management systems (e.g., Liferay, dotCMS, SharePoint, AEM).
