Job Description

*Overview:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team on a temporary basis. This role will support various marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, regulatory communications, and process clean-up efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated industries and be comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with mail house cleanup related to onboarding and recurring communications.
2. Support updates to marketing materials following a descriptor/name change.
3. Collaborate with designers to update web banners and repurpose promotional materials.
4. Contribute to email campaign development, including building and QA of email sends.
5. Help with policy and procedure documentation cleanup, transitioning content into OneNote.
6. Provide support for regulatory mailings, such as annual privacy policy notices.
7. Assist with branch campaign collateral and other lower-effort marketing tasks.
8. Manage queue items and ongoing marketing projects with attention to deadlines and quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of direct marketing experience, with a focus on project management.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience in a regulated industry (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with mail house operations and marketing automation.
• Proficient in tools such as:
• Canva
• Photoshop
• Excel
• Looker Studio
• Dynamics
• Marketo

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
