Overview Digital Marketing Specialist at Emerald Emerald is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a vital role in developing, executing, and analyzing high-impact digital marketing campaigns that promote our diverse portfolio of B2B events within the Residential Smart Home/Commercial AV Technology portfolio. This role will focus on crafting innovative strategies across organic social media and paid digital channels to enhance brand positioning, boost event registrations, and drive community engagement. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver multichannel campaigns that achieve measurable results. Base pay range $59,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr Responsibilities Social Media Marketing Strategy, execution, and analysis of organic social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Enhance community engagement year-round through creative and impactful organic social media content. Digital Advertising Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to drive brand visibility and audience engagement. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with outside agencies and vendors to optimize paid social media and search campaigns. Content Management Ensure website content is up-to-date to reflect branding and improve user experience using content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Support the creation and distribution of digital and print collateral aligned with marketing goals. Data Analytics Analyze data and create reports to guide campaign optimization and inform business decisions. Deliver campaign analysis, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement. Collaboration & Event Execution Liaise with internal teams (sales, editorial) and external partners (clients, vendors) to execute campaigns successfully. Partner with agencies to amplify attendee outreach, drive registration, and execute lead generation programs. Qualifications & Skills Experience Proven experience in building, scheduling, executing, and analyzing organic social media and paid digital campaigns. Experience driving community engagement through strategic social media efforts. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with social media content management systems (e.g., HubSpot). Exposure to email marketing tools and automation strategies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Working knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus. Core Competencies Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics and deliver actionable insights. Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and identify challenges proactively. Effective relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders seamlessly. Additional Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
