Providence Place Senior Living is seeking a Full Time DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS reporting directly to the COO and based in central PA. This position requires an experienced Personal Care Home / Assisted Living Administrator who wishes to develop the ability to oversee multiple campuses. The Director of Operations will lead projects, guide campus turnarounds, correct quality concerns, and work hand-in-hand with the Chief Operating Officer to lead seven PA AL and PC Communities.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Acts as Executive Director or Director of Nursing in special situations at PA campuses in need of support
• Works closely with COO on day-to-day operations and administrative duties
• Conducts Clinical and Operational QA audits of campuses
• Coordinates and oversees operational/clinical Policies and Procedures
• Licensed as PCHA or AL Administrator in PA with solid knowledge of 2600 & 2800 PA regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

• PA Personal Care or Assisted Living Administrator Certification
• LPN or RN
• 5+ years Senior Living Experience
