We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to support multiple areas within Intuit, including Tech, GBSG (Global Business Solutions Group), FinTech, and Corporate Functions. The EABP will support up to an SVP level and 1-2 Directors, performing a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and able to manage their workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years supporting C-Level executives or senior staff Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proven leadership and team collaboration skills Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and solve problems creatively Anticipatory planning skills Adaptability and resilience to change Strong time management and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Cultural awareness and a positive attitude Proficiency with technology, especially Microsoft Office suite and Outlook Experience formatting high-level presentations and managing databases Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements Coordinate meetings, off-sites, and team activities Collaborate across teams and organizational levels Exercise high discretion and judgment Handle expense reports and maintain organizational charts and email lists Understand organizational goals and support related initiatives Research and improve systems and processes Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a pay-for-performance approach. The base pay range for this role in the Bay Area, California, is $50.50 - $68.00 per hour, plus potential bonuses, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and location.
