We are looking for a dynamic, talented Executive Director - Enterprise Communications to join our team specializing in global employee, executive and corporate communications for Cummins headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role is designated hybrid and requires less than 25% overall travel.
The Corporate Communications team exists to position Cummins as the leading power provider to the world's most demanding, economically vital applications and a critical player in the transition to a clean economy. We are connectors and problem-solvers bringing stakeholders, insights, and ideas together through communications and storytelling to build brand and employee loyalty and drive Cummins strategy forward. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $187,500-$312,500. Please note that the salary range provided is a good-faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidates qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
