About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its community with a focus on creating a positive and safe environment for both residents and team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the community's operations, including marketing, financial performance, general leadership, staff management, operations, compliance, resident care, resident engagement, and dietary services. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a high standard of resident care and ensuring the community is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The Executive Director will also be the primary point of contact for the community, building and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and the local community. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior living environment or equivalent professional experience. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in a similar role are essential. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as a passion for working with seniors. The Executive Director will be expected to lead the community's strategic planning, ensure the implementation of policies and programs, and provide training and development for the leadership team. A valid driver's license and proof of insurability are required, and the candidate must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting, carrying, and other physical activities.
