SUMMARY
The Golf Course Superintendent is a direct leadership position reporting to the club's Director of Operations. The Superintendent will be responsible for golf course maintenance and renovations, all grounds maintenance, and landscaping around the Clubhouse, Maintenance Area, and the parking areas. Responsibilities include developing and implementing weekly, monthly, and annual goals and objectives, including but not limited to agronomical programs, budgeting, managing, and assisting the crew, record keeping, irrigation, project work, fertilizer & pesticide applications, and water management.

Standing and Walking: The job demands extended periods of standing and walking across diverse, often rough, and uneven terrain.

Lifting and Carrying: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects, with requirements often exceeding 50 pounds or more.
Repetitive Motions: Frequent and continuous motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers are common when using tools or equipment.
Equipment Operation: The role requires the ability to operate various types of equipment, both motorized and manual.
Visual Acuity: Close, distance, and color vision, along with depth perception and the ability to focus, are essential for tasks like inspecting turf and operating equipment safely.
