We’re looking for a commission-only Sales Rep / Closer who knows how to sell high-value, creative tech solutions to the music industry. You'll be the direct line between tech innovation and the music world’s top creatives , helping studios, indie labels, and Web3 musicians automate their business, build smarter tools, and unlock new revenue streams. Remote | Commission-Based | Music Industry Focused Summary We’re NoCulture — a next-gen music-tech agency building custom websites, AI agents, and automation tools for the studios, artists, and labels shaping culture. We’re looking for a commission-only Sales Rep / Closer who knows how to sell high-value, creative tech solutions to the music industry. You'll be the direct line between tech innovation and the music world’s top creatives , helping studios, indie labels, and Web3 musicians automate their business, build smarter tools, and unlock new revenue streams. What Success Looks Like You close 2–5 high-ticket projects/month (~$3K–$25K+ range) You create your own pipeline via DMs, outbound, referrals, and follow-ups You get strong at pitching our AI solutions, Web3 integrations, and studio systems You generate trust with artists, producers, and label execs by speaking their language You help us shape our offer based on what clients are begging for How This Role Fits In We’re a lean, high-output creative tech team. You’ll work directly with our founder, devs, and designers to bring in leads, refine offers, and make sales the lifeblood of our growth. If you perform, this becomes your lane — with options to build a team, get rev share, or even earn equity. Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients across IG, Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit Qualify leads and guide them through a consultative sales process Understand and clearly pitch our core offerings: AI agents for studios/labels (CRM, booking, reporting) Web3 platforms (vaults, token splits, fan tools) Custom dev projects (mobile/web apps, dashboards) Track pipeline, follow up on warm leads, and coordinate onboarding with team Help refine our sales playbook and improve lead gen tactics over time Qualifications Proven experience in sales or client acquisition (freelance, tech, or agency background preferred) Comfort with the music industry + Web3 or AI space Strong written and verbal communication skills (DMs, Zoom, cold emails) Self-starter who can work async and hit clear revenue targets Bonus: You’ve sold digital services, SaaS, or custom tech before Compensation Commission only (15–25% per closed deal) Bonuses for recurring clients and larger contracts Potential rev share or equity after trial period All sales materials, decks, and strategy provided Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Marketing and Sales Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at KnoCadia Labs by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Ticket Sales Representative” roles.
