*Intellectual Property Attorney/Patent Agent (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering)*

*The Role*
We’re looking for a motivated attorney or patent agent with a background in chemistry or chemical engineering to join our team. You’ll play an integral role in helping clients secure and protect their IP while developing a well-rounded skillset across prosecution, counseling, and strategy.
*Responsibilities include:*
* Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
* Drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S. and abroad
* Advising clients on portfolio management and IP strategy
* Collaborating directly with clients to align IP with business goals
* Staying up to date on developments in patent law and relevant technologies
*What We’re Looking For*
* JD (or patent agent credentials) with admission to the USPTO
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
* 1+ years of patent experience (firm or in-house)
* Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
