What You'll Do:

• Welcome and register guests, manage reservations, answer calls using a multi-line phone system, and provide exceptional concierge services.
• Be the primary point of contact for guests, whether its serving drinks at our evening beer and wine reception or making small deliveries.
• Utilize your tech skills to keep operations running smoothly and address any challenges that may arise.
• Create meaningful connections with our guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Your Schedule:

• This position is part time, with a base of two shifts per week with potential for increased hours based on business needs and staff requests.
  
• Schedules vary during training but most shifts will be 2:30pm to 10:30pm.
• Regular weekend and holiday availability required.
• The schedule is created on a monthly basis and is typically available two weeks before the start of each month.
• Schedule flexibility is essential.

• Pay: Starting wage of $18.90 per hour. Wage may be evaluated depending on experience.

What You Bring:

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required!
• Passion for engaging with people and creating lasting memories
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to get an OLCC and Food Handlers license
• Strong decision making sills and the ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• The ability with or without reasonable accommodations to:
  • Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
  • Go up and down stairs
  • Lift/pull/push 25 pounds
  • Bend, squat and kneel
