• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the parts department.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of parts.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs.
• Train and supervise parts department staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve parts sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of necessary parts.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends to optimize inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the parts department.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or business is a plus.

• Proven experience in parts management or a similar role within the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
