Overview Expert Legal Recruitment Consultant across the United States | Sourcing top level talent in Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Compensation: $200,000- 300,000 (based on experience) About the Firm This mid-sized law firm, based in Chicago, offers a full range of legal services across multiple practice areas, including corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, and private wealth services. The Role / Ideal Candidate 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation and/or prosecution law Candidates need pharmaceutical patent litigation experience, preferably Hatch-Waxman Litigation experience Performing tasks such as drafting briefs and related motions and drafting and responding to discovery requests and letters from opposing counsel. Candidate should also be able to break down and assess patent demands, work up invalidity arguments, draft office action responses and help draft applications.
