You're a trusted advisor to senior leaders at top software companies and hyperscalers, guiding them through transformation initiatives to grow revenue, improve operational efficiency, and reinvent customer experience. This highimpact leadership role has visibility across Adobe's executive team, product organization, and global customer base. You'll shape the future of Adobe's strategic engagements in Software, influence product direction, and elevate our presence in the market through thought leadership.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,800 $260,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
