Job Title: Production Associate –

Location: Nampa, Idaho

Job Type: Contract to Hire

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Production Associates to join our growing team across multiple shifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude— no prior experience required , as full training will be provided.

We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including electronics manufacturing, retail, fast food, and general production .

• Support production operations to meet customer deadlines.
• Perform tasks such as testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
• Follow detailed instructions for routine assignments.
• Use basic computer programs, including Excel and Outlook.
• Lift and assemble parts while maintaining quality and meeting production metrics.
• Operate within established policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Experience in assembly, soldering, or mechanical production (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow and build a long-term career within the organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
