Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor – Pompano Beach, FL

As our QC Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced, regulated lab environment. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring testing accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily QC testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Ensure all testing follows SOPs, regulatory standards (FDA, ISO), and internal quality protocols.
• Review and approve lab data, records, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
• Oversee lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and qualification.
• Train and mentor lab staff, maintaining up-to-date training records.
• Investigate non-conformances, OOS results, and deviations; drive root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Support audits and inspections (FDA, ISO) with confidence and clarity.
• Maintain lab supply inventory and documentation in line with GDP.
• Perform hands-on testing and inspections using various tools and equipment.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab efficiency and data integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years in a regulated QC lab, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the medical device industry (Class I & II preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 820), cGMP, ISO standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic statistical/data analysis tools.

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
• Location : On-site in Pompano Beach, FL.
• Environment : Manufacturing and warehouse setting with lab equipment use. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and extended standing required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
