CDL-A Truck Driver – Gilbert, AZ (200 Miles) – West Coast Runs – Home Every Other Weekend

Whether you're new to the industry or looking for a steady lane, we have opportunities that get you moving without keeping you away from home forever.
The Schedule You Can Count On
This is a West Coast regional run . Drivers are typically out for 10 days at a time, covering steady freight up and down the coast. After your run, you'll be home for a two-day reset on the weekend -time you can plan on every single cycle. Shifts may vary and can include some overnights, but the rhythm is predictable: hit the road, earn solid miles, then get your reset without wondering when you'll be home.
Pay Range:
Drivers average $1,200–$1,425 weekly based on miles driven. New drivers start at $0.50 CPM , with the option to earn more if you choose to unload freight (not required). Drivers with 12+ months of verified experience may qualify for weekly home time on select loads.
No Experience? No Problem.
Unlike many carriers that shut the door on new drivers, we believe in giving motivated people a real shot. As long as you hold a valid Class A CDL and are ready to learn, we'll get you trained, supported, and earning.

Valid Class A CDL
No experience required-we'll train the right driver
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass road test and physical
