• Develop new prospects and interact with existing multifamily and single-family housing customers to boost sales
• Collaborate with the RVP and TSRs to increase sales of Tarkett products through strategic accounts
• Conduct product knowledge presentations for end users, dealers, and architects/designers
• Create and maintain effective business plans for corporate strategic partners and end user opportunities
• Drive specifications and attend local networking events and trade shows

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Entrepreneurial attitude and competitive spirit
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

• Experience in launching products at key accounts
• Ability to identify sales trends and develop business insights
• Assertive with attention to detail and commitment to planning and organization
• Convincing and persuasive communication style
• Willingness to travel overnight (50%-75%)
