Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, skilled individual with hands-on experience installing residential and light commercial windows and patio doors. Strong carpentry skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install a variety of window and patio door types, including vinyl, aluminum, and wood units
· Ensure proper measurements, fitting, alignment, and sealing of installed products
· Safely remove and dispose of existing windows and doors as needed
· Perform minor carpentry and framing adjustments for proper fit and finish
· Utilize hand and power tools to complete daily tasks
· Maintain a clean and safe job site, following company safety protocols
· Communicate with homeowners, site supervisors, and internal teams regarding project status and any issues
· Adhere to all installation best practices, local codes, and manufacturer instructions
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience installing windows and/or patio doors
· Solid carpentry skills, including framing, trimming, and finishing
· Ability to read and understand job site layouts, diagrams, and work orders
· Experience using standard hand tools and power tools
· Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and worksite professionalism
· Excellent customer service skills
· Able to work independently or part of a team
· Organized, responsible, professional, possess time management skills and extremely reliable.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy materials
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
· Experience in the glass, glazing, or remodeling trades
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
· Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
· Familiarity with retrofit and new construction installations
