Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to resource for our team’s technology needs. You’ll help keep our people productive and secure by managing devices, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the systems that keep our hybrid workforce connected. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and central to ensuring our technology just works.
You’ll partner closely with employees across every department, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to do their best work. From configuring new laptops to maintaining our AV systems, you’ll be the first line of defense when technology gets in the way, and the reason it runs smoothly when it doesn’t. If you’re proactive, resourceful, and love solving problems for people, this role will put you right at the heart of our team’s success. This is an in-office position (Mon - Fri) in our NoMad office.
