Process Engineer – Injection Molding (Santa Ana, CA)
$105K–$120K | M-F 8:00am–5:00pm
We’re looking for a hands-on Process Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges in a high-performance plastic injection molding environment. If you’re a Master Molder with a passion for precision, productivity, and process excellence , this role is your next big opportunity.
You'll lead new product launches, drive continuous improvement, validate critical tooling & molding processes, and mentor our tech team — all while pushing the boundaries of aerospace, medical, and high-precision molding standards .
What You'll Do:
• Own process development, optimization, and documentation
• Mentor and train technicians and operators
• Troubleshoot mold and process issues with confidence
• Lead DOE studies, validations, and CAPA improvements
• Collaborate across engineering, QA, and customer teams
• Support ISO 9001, AS9100 & ISO 13485 compliance
What You Bring:
• 7+ years in injection molding (aerospace/medical a plus)
• Master Molder / Scientific Molding certification required
• Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, Lean, Root Cause Analysis
• Experience with mold validations and process documentation
